About Sophia

Hello there! I’m Sophia, and I’m currently a junior in high school. I’m actively involved in sports, clubs, and ASB, which has helped me develop strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills. While I’m passionate about writing and enjoy helping others improve their English skills, I’m also working toward a future career in the medical field. Being involved within my school has brought me so much confidence in English and I once had a tutor too who helped me so much and now I want to do the same for you! I’ll always bring a positive and encouraging attitude to every lesson and love making learning easier and more approachable for other students. As a student myself, I understand the challenges of schoolwork and I’m here to support and guide you through it because I truly do understand how tough it can be! Together we can build confidence in your writing and make English fun together!

About the lesson

I’m currently a high school junior with strong skills in English that is scoring above and beyond my grad level. I’m here to help students improve their reading, writing, grammar, and overall confidence in the subject. Whether you’re struggling with essays, need help with understanding literature, or want to build better vocabulary and grammar, I offer patient, easy-to-follow lessons that are here to help students' needs. Since I’m a student myself, I understand how to explain things in a clear and relatable way. I’m happy to help with homework, assignments, or long-term skill building.
