About Asher
My passion for architecture began with a fascination for spaces and their impact on human behavior. I pursued a B.Arch followed by an M.Arch in Urban Planning to gain technical expertise and conceptual depth. Over 9 years, I have guided students in understanding architectural principles while nurturing creativity, practical skills, and confidence. My approach integrates hands-on exercises, thoughtful discussion, and encouragement, helping learners realize their potential.
I focus on individualized teaching that adapts to each student’s level and interests. I encourage experimentation, critical analysis, and reflective thinking, ensuring students develop both technical competence and a personal design voice. Sketches, digital tools, and real-world projects form the backbone of my lessons.
Outside the classroom, I remain engaged in architecture through design research, sustainability studies, and urban analysis. Bringing these experiences into teaching enriches students’ understanding and allows them to see practical applications. Witnessing learners develop creativity, confidence, and critical thinking continues to inspire my dedication to teaching architecture.

Architecture is an exciting journey when students learn how ideas take shape into functional and visually compelling spaces. My lessons focus on design thinking, spatial awareness, form development, material understanding, and sustainable design practices. I emphasize hands-on activities such as sketching, model-making, and digital design tools to help students articulate their ideas clearly. By combining historical context, practical examples, and creative challenges, learners develop a comprehensive understanding of architectural processes.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s expertise. Beginners explore proportions, perspective drawing, and conceptual ideation. Intermediate learners focus on CAD modeling, structural understanding, and advanced design principles. Advanced students engage in portfolio creation, presentation skills, and sustainable urban solutions. Every session balances technical rigor with creative freedom, ensuring students grow in skill, confidence, and originality.
Architecture lessons also foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence, as learners reflect on how spaces influence human experience. Students gain the ability to communicate ideas visually and conceptually, preparing them for academic, professional, or personal creative projects.
