About Kripa
My journey into architecture started with a strong interest in how spaces are designed and how they influence people’s experiences. This passion led me to pursue a Master’s in Architecture, where I developed a deeper understanding of design principles and spatial planning. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with students at different levels, helping them understand architecture in a clear and supportive way. My experience has helped me guide learners with patience and adaptability.
I believe that creativity grows best in a positive and open environment. My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand design concepts step by step while encouraging them to explore their own ideas. I use sketches, examples, and discussions to make lessons engaging and meaningful. I also provide regular feedback to help students improve and gain confidence in their work.
Outside teaching, I stay connected to architecture through sketching, studying design trends, and exploring new ideas in the field. This helps me bring fresh perspectives into my lessons and keep them relevant. Teaching architecture is fulfilling because I get to see students grow creatively and develop confidence in their abilities. Helping them express their ideas clearly and build strong design skills is something I truly value.

Architecture becomes engaging when students understand how ideas can be transformed into real and meaningful spaces. In my lessons, I focus on teaching design thinking, basic drawing skills, spatial understanding, and concept development in a simple and structured way. I guide students through sketching and observation so they can express their ideas clearly. Each session encourages creativity while also helping students understand the logic behind design decisions. I create a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and exploring new concepts.
As students progress, lessons become more detailed and focused on practical design skills. Beginners start with basic shapes, sketching, and simple compositions. Intermediate learners work on perspective, layout, and understanding materials. Advanced learners focus on project development, presentation skills, and portfolio building. I provide regular feedback and guidance to help students improve steadily and gain confidence in their work. Each lesson includes practice tasks that strengthen both creativity and technical skills.
Architecture also helps students develop imagination, observation, and problem-solving abilities. As they improve, they begin to notice design in everyday surroundings and think more creatively. They learn to balance creativity with structure and express their ideas clearly. My goal is to help students build confidence in their creative abilities and develop skills that support long-term growth in design.
