About Juanita
Material takeoffs, families and parameters, and exporting to IFC and DWG define my daily technical output. I have taught 280 students the intricacies of Revit.
My background includes levels and grids, walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings. I hold a Bachelor of Architecture and maintain RIBA Part 1 status.
Seven years in the industry mean I teach software exactly as it functions on live sites. I focus on templates so your project files stay functional. My students learn to take a concept model to a full drawing set.

You receive constant feedback on your modeling speed and accuracy. Pacing is set to ensure you grasp every parameter before we move to complex assemblies. I draw on my 7 years of professional BIM coordination to show you standard industry practices. Portfolio-ready output is the required standard for this course.
Your designs will be clean and structured for professional use. I provide guidance based on my experience as an architect. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable navigating the software interface daily. I look forward to supporting your progress in the studio.
