About Lavanya
I am currently a student at Rhodes University studying a science degree. I was once an overweight, unhealthy girl and struggled emotionally and physically throughout school. I tried numerous ways of loosing weight and until I found the real reason without supplements or artificial help. I discovered the real secret to weight loss.

Weight loss isn't just about physical exercise. It's about exercising the mind to think in a healthy way. I base my lessons on providing this basis and teaching the person the healthy secrets to weight loss and then providing them with workout plans and other useful tips to unleashing our goals.
