About Ellen
With a distinction Master's in Shakespeare and a first-class Bachelors degree in Classical Studies and English from the University of St Andrews, I've been teaching kids 5-18 Maths and English for 5 years now. I'm experienced in working with groups and individuals, as well as being familiar with and equipped with study materials for Nat 5 and Higher English.

I offer friendly and flexible tutoring designed to fit the needs of the student. This means setting up a preliminary meeting in order to establish strengths and weaknesses in order to establish study priorities. I'm also happy to set homework if desired. I also believe healthy study habits are key and am happy to work with students on planning study methods and schedules.
