About Odaraya
Shall we meditate together? As soon as we meet, it is important before anything that we sit down to meditate. And let's meditate for 30 minutes, then we can talk about the technique. But let's not talk too much. As soon as we returned to meditate completing an hour of our company.

I have been a meditator since 2011. Within the practice of anapana/vipassana/metta bhavana and study of satipathana, and other texts that complement the training such as so te king and hua hu chin. For lay people and not monks. All complete courses at the international institution Vipassana in Brazil under the guidance of SN Goenka.
