I will help with content and exam techniques and how to revise in different ways so they can make progress in their subject.
Things as a tutor I will cover:
- weekly recap to ensure that students are continuously revising and that they understand what they have been taught
- making students explain what they have been taught to the tutor, that way it ensures that they have understood the topic and to clear any misconceptions
- feedback provided
I could make a difference in a students learning style and their approach to a subject as well as bringing progress to their learning.

Highly Experienced Science Tutor
I am a highly experience science tutor, with several masters degrees and many years of experience in the field of environmental chemistry. I have been tutoring individuals for a number of years now, teaching science at GCSE and A levels. I truly believe that more often than not a student's inability to understand something is down to their teacher not being able to properly explain the topic, and as such I pride myself on being able to find the best way to explain subjects to students.
Qualifications:
Analytical Chemistry (MSc) - Distinction
Aquatic Systems Science and Management (MSc) - Merit
Physical Geography BSc(Hons)
Adaptable, dedicated and tailored training to areas which need improvement.
I offer a full range of out of hours support, including e-mail and phone support if needed, as well as providing students with additional aid in whatever other manner they may need.
