My online lessons are based on helping adults in their professional world as well as specializing in working with children starting at the age 5 and up. I teach and alter my lessons based on my student's needs and level proficiency. My name is Makalah. I have a Batchelor degree in Liberal Studies and a TESOL certification. I have over ten years of teaching experience working with a variety of different aged students in America, New Zealand, Thailand and China. I believe that a classroom should be a safe, welcoming environment where students are free to speak their minds. I teach with a progressivists teaching philosophy. I believe that individuality, progress, and change are fundamental to one's education. My curriculum centers the needs, experiences, interests, and abilities of my students. I am here to help my students have an enjoyable and beneficial educational experience.
