My teaching method is repetitive, willing to break down techniques for you to understand them better. A lesson plan in my class would be a short warm-up, technique-based working, online pad work, and body weight circuits that can help you build a foundation. I have been teaching others Boxing and Taekwondo for several years and can develop a relationship with the students as if they were myself. These online lessons are for the beginner to starting amateur level fighter.

I highly recommend Coach Ham as a boxing coach. His online classes greatly improved my strength, technique, and footwork through clear instruction, effective drills, and focused training. Despite being virtual, his coaching was engaging, motivating, and led to real progress in my boxing skills.
I extremely recommend Ham as a boxing tutor. He got me from zero to hero. My stamina and technique have made significant improvemnts in the ring and out. Additionally, he taught me how to jump rope and is very kind and patient willing to break things down for me to understand more clearly. I look forward to working with Coach Ham more often in the future. Thank you Coach Ham.
