Hello, My name is Raquel I cook since I was very little and I study on my own since childhood, in high school I started a Gastronomy course and today I already have all the basics of Gastronomy (cuts, sauces, pasta, etc.) and bread making and confectionery, as well as hygiene and safety classes in gastronomic settings, gastronomy history classes and two semesters of gastronomic event planning. This year I started the international and molecular gastronomy, as well as Brazilian cuisine.
