About Etisha

I want to share my knowledge because education has the power to transform confidence, thinking, and future opportunities. By sharing what I know, I can help students develop essential communication skills, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning. Teaching is not only about delivering information; it is about guiding learners to discover their potential, overcome their fears, and grow academically and personally. I believe that knowledge becomes more meaningful when it is shared, applied, and used to make a positive difference in others’ lives. Therefore, my purpose is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to learn, express themselves, and succeed.

About the lesson

To convince students that your teaching method is different, it is important to focus on creating visible results rather than simply explaining your approach. Begin by engaging students with interactive and practical activities that immediately involve them in speaking, thinking, and participating, instead of relying solely on traditional lecture methods. Clearly communicate your classroom expectations by emphasizing that learning will be activity-based, mistake-friendly, and focused on real communication skills. Provide quick opportunities for small successes so students experience progress early, which helps build trust and motivation. Consistently use innovative strategies such as discussions, games, and short speaking tasks so learners repeatedly experience a dynamic and supportive environment. Over time, this consistent experience will naturally demonstrate the uniqueness and effectiveness of your method, leading students to recognize and accept the difference.
