About Walter
I'm technician that has had the experience of over 32yrs in the communications industry, installing equipment, cabling and helping people with their media, TV, satellite pay TV/Internet , wireless data, mobile data, car stereo etc.
I have had the patience to listen and help where I can and advised them on the next step to improve on what they have, by either adjusting or upgrading on the connecting equipment.
I have had many return customers and their family and friends pass on my info to help each other out, especially in remote locations, well away from where there is a simple phone, or even the availably of TV reception, that was often the first time they ever received a phone connection of any media device thet most would take for granted.
I was surprised on one installation, as the customer said here, you have been so helpful, I know what I need to do to setup my office. I want to pay you for your advice as it was very very helpful, thanks.
On another job I was given a very positive feedback from a customer on an Austar installation.

Utilising my experience with Telstra and NBNco of over 21 years, I can guide and coach them through the setup their office click by click, giving them a simple understanding of what they are putting together, listen to what there setup needs are and utilise their existing office equipment network LAN, WiFi, Ethernet,
Bluetooth etc, for the ease of day-to-day opperations, connectivity for work, studying, gaming at home on the NBN or wireless mobile network equipment, or out and about in low mobile/data 4G/5G signal areas to keep them connected to data.
With that, guide them on what equipment they need to purchase and as to what and where it can be had with in their budget in their store of choice.
