Am a Laboratory scientist. My teaching method is based on topics to be treated or subject matter. Starting from the identification and recognition of useful ingredients ,Measurements of adequate quantity using measuring scales and teaspoon and then to the production of the final product. Finally, formulation of recipes will also be taught, to enable you do it yourself.....There will also be practicals by the students after each topic to prove them worthy....At the completion of the lesson, certificates will be issued out.
