Before each lesson: I evaluate the needs and learning style of said student and prepare work for lesson.
During each lesson: I work with the students at their level and make sure that all knowledge is absorbed. I use my own specialised method of explaining and then going through questions constantly by their side.
After each lesson: I set a short homework for the next session so that the student has consolidated the knowledge.
