About Troy

Swimming has always been my passion, and I’ve been fortunate to have some incredible experiences in the water. From being the top swimmer in my year for Years 7 through 10 to playing as a Premier Water Polo player for Kristin School in Auckland, I’ve always been driven to push my limits and see how far I can go. I’ve been involved in various sports, and that competitive spirit has led me to not only become a strong swimmer but also a coach who’s genuinely dedicated to helping others succeed. As the owner of Prestige Aquatics Swimming Club, I’ve had the privilege of guiding swimmers to improve their technique, build confidence, and achieve their personal bests. Alongside my coaching work, I run several businesses focused on self-improvement and sports, which gives me a unique perspective on performance and growth. I’m deeply invested in helping people level up, both in the pool and in life. What drives me as a coach is seeing real progress whether it’s refining a stroke, improving times, or watching someone gain that extra bit of confidence in the water. Every swimmer is different, so I make sure to personalize every lesson to fit your needs and goals. Also speaking various languages such as Chinese, allowing me to communicate to everyone effectively I’m here to help you become the best swimmer you can be—whether you’re training for competition, working on your technique, or just wanting to gain more confidence in the water. Let’s work together and make sure you’re not just meeting your goals, but smashing them.

About the lesson

If you're looking to swim better, faster, or just feel more confident in the water I’m here to help. My coaching focuses on improving your technique, building endurance, and increasing speed whether you're preparing for competition or just want to get better.

Each session is designed around your individual needs, so you get exactly what you need to progress. After every lesson, I send you a personalized report with feedback on your strengths and areas to work on, so you know exactly what to focus on next.

My lessons are 1 hour long, and I work with swimmers who want to improve their skills, gain confidence, or take their swimming to the next level. Let’s dive in and start making progress together!

In addition, after each session i will provide you with a detailed report on how your child did, what they could do better as well as what to practice on at home.
