About Alina

My name is Alina I am a professional athlete. I was a member of the national team of Ukraine in rhythmic gymnastics. Graduated from the National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport. Since sport is a big part of my life after the end of my career, I decided to work further in the field of sports and pass on my experience. Trained in stretching and functional training. Worked in this field for over two years.

About the lesson

I am here to share my experience as a professional athlete! STRETCHING GYMNASTICS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING The duration of the lesson is 1 hour. If you or your child want to do any of the disciplines listed above professionally or for health, I will help you and choose an individual training plan based on characteristics, account the physical form and the goals you want to achieve. Now only online trainings are available as I am away from London
