Lesson preparation is my main key factor, the more effort and time i put, i believe the more easier it will be to get through to my students. I know my lesson is a success when i can see that my students are interacting with what is being taught. My main methodolgy is to present engaging lessons on a daily basis, this way students have fun and learning is maximised.
