About Luca

As a private teacher for 4 years, I help both students with difficulties and those looking to improve their skills. I'm really passionate about these subjects and enjoy passing on my knowledge and methods.

As far as my background is concerned, before my PhD and my AgroParisTech engineering studies, I did two years of preparatory classes in BCPST (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Sciences) during which I studied mathematics, biology, physics and chemistry. Today, maths is still part of my life, as my thesis is on Artificial Intelligence, modeling and statistics applied to biology.

About the lesson

Hello,

My name is Luca Gortana, I'm 24 and I'm a graduate of AgroParisTech, an engineering school where I specialized in mathematics, computer science and biology. I'm currently doing my PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the Institut Curie. Outside of work, I can provide private tutoring to middle school, high school and even university students, mainly in the following subjects: mathematics, computer science, biology and Spanish. I have 4 years' experience as a private tutor, and I always try to pass on my skills in a relaxed and trusting way!
