About Jacob
My name is Jacob Springer. I am the Director of the After school program in Belleville, Kansas. I work with an average of 5-8 kids daily with homework, but I usually oversee an average of 30 students a day at my program.

We practice laid back but strict lessons. Kids can enjoy learning so you have to make it fun for them, but you also have to be firm with how you handle disruptions, acting out, and etc. . I try to help the kids by going little mini games during lessons to increase their interest in the subject manner. We will also take small little breaks to help with not overstimulating and burning out kids.
