About Emma
Hello! I am Emma, a 25-year-old French pattern maker, and I just moved to New Zealand (Auckland). After working on wedding dresses and for Haute Couture houses in Paris like Mugler or Louis Vuitton, I am now looking to share my skills with fashion enthusiasts. I’m used to supporting people in their sewing/pattern making projects. For example, if you want to create your bespoke wedding dress, I can teach you and drive you step by step and do it together from A to Z. (Find the design, make the pattern, cutting, fittings and toile adjustment until the final product). It can also be if you just want to get better at sewing or pattern making and learn to use your sewing machine by doing small projects during the lesson. I give lessons from my atelier (you don’t need to have your own sewing machine) in Auckland but I can also come to your home depending on your project. The lessons are for all levels (beginner to expert) and all ages! Lessons in English or French :) See you soon! Emma

Details
For the first lesson, the first 30 min will be free. It’s the time to define together your project and what you want to do exactly. But in general, one lesson lasts at least 2 hours and more because less than 2 hours is not enough to progress properly. Sewing is a work of patience!
