My methodology varies per individual: I engage in discussion to understand the pain points of each individual. Once an initial assessment is completed, I create graduate plans to ensure the success of the student because each students has his/her own style of learning.
I started off teaching my younger sister and then my cousins starting from middle school all the way to University. My passion for teaching increased as I enjoyed every bit of student discovery. I love to break-up complex ideas and break them up into tiny edible bits that can be digested naturally as opposed to being forced fed. Compassion is my top priority.
I believe that if a person can learn a complex idea in the simplest manner is the method I follow. However, I don't believe in stupid questions as this is subjective and not compassionate. I hope that I can be inspiration in the process of learning and applying it in and out of the classroom.
