About Dayle
My deep love for the piano began at home, listening to my mother and uncle play. I started formal lessons at just six years old. Although my family relocated a few years later and I had to stop formal tutoring, my passion never faded—I continued to practice independently for years.
During high school, I finally partnered with a fantastic piano teacher. Within just three years of returning to formal study, I successfully wrote my official ABRSM graded theory exam and never looked back. Today, music remains one of my absolute greatest passions, and I proudly share this love weekly by playing keyboard and piano for my local church.
I am an advanced pianist training at a Grade 8 performance level, backed by an official ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory qualification. My firsthand experience navigating music exams allows me to break down complex technical issues into simple, joyful, and confident steps for my students.

Want to learn the piano without the stress of dry, confusing music books? My online lessons are interactive, visual, and custom-designed for your unique goals. I specialise in teaching beginners, intermediates, and advanced students. To keep engaging screen-based learning, I use dynamic pop-up virtual keyboards on my screen so you can see precisely which keys I am playing. We use fun online games to teach music theory, like notes, rhythm, and chords, so it feels like playing instead of studying. For more experienced students, I help them prepare for ABRSM theory exams (Grades 1-5) and provide advanced coaching for classical and modern music performance.

While my standard rate is R250 per hour, young beginners excel best with shorter, high-energy sessions. I offer a specialized monthly package tailored for children:

Note: All monthly packages must be paid via EFT before our first scheduled session. This secures your child's weekly time slot in the studio calendar.
