About Manoj
I am a highly motivated individual who likes to do math and has an extremely strong bond to it. I usually get high grades and perform at a high level academically. I am trying to become the best math teacher and student I can be for your child. I also have many achievements listed in the description and can relate to your child as a young tutor. In school I have many acceleration paths like accelerated math and gifted and talented in my school with a high reading knowledge like math.

I provide personalized math tutoring for students from elementary school through Algebra 1, focused on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and independent problem-solving skills.
I am a highly advanced math student with strong academic and competition experience, including 1st place in CML (school level), 10th place individually out of 126 competitors at Perennial Math Nationals, 7th place in team at the national level, and 2× 2nd place team finishes at the county level (out of 49 teams).
I maintain straight A’s in all subjects, along with a 99% average in advanced math, iReady scores of 643 in math and 716 in reading, and NJSLA scores of 850 and 845, reflecting consistent high academic performance across multiple measures.
My teaching style is structured, clear, and step-by-step. I focus on helping students truly understand concepts rather than memorize procedures, so they can solve problems independently and confidently.
Students gain stronger fundamentals, improved accuracy, and greater confidence in math through guided practice and personalized instruction.
I also have experience applying math in real-world contexts through an online stock market simulation, which strengthened my understanding of percentages, patterns, and decision-making.
