About Tamal
I am an Engineer (Mechanical) but presently I am actively involved in grooming/ teaching students Physics and Chemistry (of grade eleven and twelve) of all board, with more preference to CBSE and ISC. My teaching does not only limit itself in just finishing the syllabus or mere taking regular tests but also include some effective learning methods like using powerpoint presentation, animation videos and of course schematic diagram approach which can be very handy making students understand difficult. concepts in the respective subjects. However, passion or love for a subject is something that transforms an ordinary student into a master of that very topic. undeniably, raising interest in a particular subject is a serious duty of any teacher and I always keep tabs on all of my students and accordingly I let them explore their areas of interests which lets them decide to carry on with a particular career option like engineering or medical or simply honours in any subject later on completion of their higher secondary board examination. Heavily driven by a great liking for teaching, I took this as my career and I have been teaching for nearly ten years.

with the basic rule of studying the textbooks remaining the same, I do realize that some effective measures if taken, students can benefit much more than just an ordinary study based only on books. PPT presentations of complex diagrams (e.g Free Body Diag, Circuit Analysis etc) and some conversions in organic chemistry (Especially Nitrogen-based organic compounds, Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acid etc), animation videos for some critical analysis or quantities or structures, exploring various reference books to be aware of types of numerical problems, problem-analysis sessions/ question-answer session for obscure areas of Physics and Chemistry etc besides taking regular tests on target chapters are some of the most effective methods I resort to enable my students to get hold of a subject.
