About Dean

Languages are often treated as subjects to be memorized, but I view them as tools for connection. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Middlebury College and work as a professional translator.
My background allows me to help conversation focused learners and professionals navigate complex linguistic barriers. I frequently work with immigrant families where we might be starting French while refining English or Spanish. Helping someone master the specific liaison and nasal sounds of French requires a patient ear.
