About Fleur
With 15 years of experience as a Guitar tutor and performer, I am committed to mentoring school and college students to reach their full musical potential. I guide learners from the basics of chords and strumming to advanced techniques and confident performances.
Some of the proudest milestones in my career include helping students overcome stage fear, perform independently, and express themselves creatively through music.
I focus on developing solid technical foundations, including chord clarity, rhythm accuracy, scale practice, finger coordination, and expressive playing.
I also encourage creativity and individual style so that students can connect deeply with the music they play. My teaching approach is structured, patient, and adaptable, providing a supportive environment for every student. My mission is to develop confident, disciplined, and passionate guitarists who carry a lifelong love for music.

My Guitar teaching methodology is carefully designed around Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to help students achieve balanced musical growth.
I begin by understanding each student’s goals, whether they are learning for personal enjoyment, academic purposes, or professional performance. Motivation is sustained by setting practical short-term targets and celebrating every improvement to maintain confidence.
Communication is always simple, friendly, and patient. I explain chord structures, rhythm timing, scale exercises, and finger coordination step by step to ensure clear understanding. Integrity is reflected in my focus on correct posture, proper finger placement, accurate timing, and disciplined practice routines.
I provide honest and constructive feedback to guide steady improvement. Creativity is encouraged through improvisation sessions, experimenting with different strumming patterns, and composing original melodies. Along with Guitar, I also teach music theory and ear training for overall musicianship.
