About May Eleanor (Eve)
* My teaching style is professional - lessons are always prepared in advance, and I pay particular attention to the student's nationality and age, lifestyle, work situation, interests and what they enjoy doing most. * I start each lesson with a brief friendly chat to ensure the student feels relaxed and confident. The 1-hour lesson will be made up of the main item, followed by a short entertaining item to end off, and maybe a brief homework exercise. * I have two TEFL diplomas - a Level 5 168-hour English Course and a Teaching English Online One-on-One course. I am also a published fiction author and poet, and have been writing for more than 30 years.* I really enjoyed giving conversational English for a number of years to students from Europe who came to Cape Town to study English. * So please go ahead and book a free trial lesson with me and we can discuss your interests, needs and objectives and how I can help you achieve your goals.
