Master's in Special Ed, working with parents and students, international teaching and living experiences, ADHD family (both my son and I) - my great strength is helping people believe in themselves first, then they can and want to learn. I love working with adult learners. Students bring in their work, we as a group review it for grammar, content and flow. Adults support each other in class. Students can write about what they love, and revise as needed. It is a collaboration rather than the traditional direct instruction. It is conversation - no grades, just mutual support.
