I believe wholeheartedly that teaching is a 2-way street and that I learn from students as much as they learn from me. I assess the needs/progress of my students and adjust curriculum/strategies as needed. I believe that this flexibility is paramount in order to optimize student success. I lead a dynamic and efficient classroom environment.
