About Kevin
Kevin has 15 years of branding and strategic communications experience, focusing on policy advocacy and CEO reputation. His work has helped shift national public opinion through storytelling, pass and defeat new laws, and increase visibility of thought leaders in the civil rights, healthcare, and military sectors. He has a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, higher education teaching certification from Harvard University, and is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Houston this fall.

My approach is to focus on practical skills needed to navigate today's media and political climate. My goal is to grow the pipeline of savvy leaders in public life in nonprofit, campaign, and government work. I am inclusive and hope to inspire. A typical lesson plan includes a little intellectual theory and a lot of best practices-- what works, doesn't work in policy and why. I look at the big picture, beyond policy development to include selling the policy to the public, raising money, and electing the right people to pass legislation.
