I like to base my tutoring sessions around the individual students' needs. This means that my initial learning plan is unstructured, and a plan for future tutoring sessions will be created once I get a feel for the student's learning needs and style. I can tailor all lessons to individual learning styles, using visual, auditory or other methods and tools as required.
