About Ana
I am an acting student, looking to go to one of the top universities. As an acting student we learn and practise health and meditation to become knowledgable as well as fit. I have lost 10kg all by myself and I want to help others reach their goals!

My teaching method is firstly listening to my students experiences, problems etc. I want to them motivate them and literally become their motivational trainer to keep them going. I will also be introducing them products of my own that I have used so that they can reach their goals faster.
