About David
My name is David Coddington and I have been involved in professional theatre film and television for the past 45 years
I have directed over 60 professional theatre productions in virtually every theatre venue in Auckland including the Aotea Centre where I devised and directed "Rangi and Papa" for it's opening
I have trained and developed actors both privately and in a professional capacity for 20 years as the associate director and acting tutor at the South Seas Film and TV School, and 5 years as the Director of the Manukau Institute of Technology Bachelor of Performing Arts School

Lessons are 2 hours long and are designed to develop the actors creativity while establishing truth within their interactions. Involves exploring and developing trust in the actors psyche passion energy and empathy.
I have 40 years professional experience in training actors including 4 years at Aucklands Mercury Theatre, 20 years at the South Seas Film and TV School and 5 years as the director of the Manukau Institute of Technology Bachelor of Performing Arts school
Lessons are for 15year olds plus at all levels
