About Haley
Open mic regulars began asking for tips long ago, which is exactly why I started teaching you today. You might be an absolute beginner or a returning player looking for structure. I earned my degree from USC and have spent 13 years gigging across the South. My approach relies on solid rhythm guitar and clean chord transitions.
I often help advanced learners with improvisation and complex fingerpicking. You will find that I emphasize acoustic technique above all else. Strumming patterns and barre chords are part of my daily routine.
I prepare students for grade exam prep with steady focus. Songwriting feels more natural when your hands know the fretboard. It just happens.

You sit down to play while we establish a solid connection between your ear and your hands. I integrate my USC training with 13 years of real world performance experience to show you how to accompany yourself. You get custom backing tracks created by me so you can practice your soloing at home.
This allows you to lock into the pocket during your own practice time. We work on the foundational skills that make you a musician rather than just a hobbyist. My background informs the way I break down difficult passages for students. Just reach out whenever you want to start.
