Steven is a very talented and inspiring guitar teacher. I started taking my grandson to him a year ago when he was 5 and he has grown leaps and bounds with his playing. Steven has been great with him! I highly recommend Steven to anyone looking for a guitar teacher.

I’ve been learning guitar with Steve for about 7 months now, he’s an amazing teacher. He’s very versatile in all styles of guitar, and if it’s something he may not know very well, he can very quickly figure it out to teach it (I’ve watched him figure songs out it’s pretty cool) in the 7 months I’ve been with him, I went from not even knowing which string was which, to being very confident with barre chords (a major hurdle for some) pretty decently versed in music theory for someone who didn’t even know music was a theory, being able to confidently play a handful of songs, and being able to actually consider myself a guitar player. He’s always available for questions or advice outside of lessons, and he’s always been super super flexible with scheduling. I strongly recommend him as a teacher to anyone who’s trying out guitar, has been playing for a while, or just wants help figuring out a difficult song.
