I I am understanding versatile and will always make sure, you leave a session having learnt something valuable. I learnt best through flash cards and posters, visual learning is extremely helpful especially when learning physiology and anatomy in PE. I will regularly do random quizzes, which may seem stressful, but really helps to engage your brain when it’s not expecting it. As well as this, regularly exam style practise questions, as the papers often catch students out with wording , and even if you know what you are talking about, exams have a certain way they want the questions answered, it can often be very tricky to approach.
