About Emely
As a chemistry educator with 6 years of professional teaching experience, I am passionate about helping students discover that chemistry is logical, interesting, and achievable. I teach students from K-12 through first-year college, providing personalized instruction that builds strong scientific foundations and lasting academic confidence.

Every chemistry lesson is personalized to help students learn efficiently, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals. I work with learners from K-12 through first-year college, providing structured instruction that balances conceptual understanding with practical problem-solving skills.
Lessons begin by reviewing previous knowledge before introducing new material in a logical sequence. I simplify challenging topics using clear explanations, visual illustrations, relatable examples, and guided practice that encourages active participation. Students are encouraged to ask questions, discuss ideas, and develop independent thinking throughout each session.
Instruction covers topics including atomic theory, periodic properties, chemical reactions, solutions, kinetics, equilibrium, electrochemistry, acids and bases, organic chemistry fundamentals, and introductory college chemistry.
