About Anna
I have a B.S. in biology with a minor in nutrition, so I am very educated on topics such as anatomy & physiology, as well as healthy eating! I've been creating workout plans for friends/family for over 5 years, have held a personal trainer's certification for 2 years, and have previously taught in-person group fitness classes at my local college. I am excited to help others reach their fitness goals while I continue my master's degree in dietetics!

We will begin our sessions by getting to know your specific fitness goals and experience. I will personally tailor each workout plan to your specific needs. We can video chat during your workout or for regular check-ins to discuss any questions and your progress. I am very passionate about helping others live their healthiest lives!
