About Dana
Hi friends! My name is Dana DiCioccio and for the past decade of my life, I have intensely studied fitness, mindset, holistic health and wellbeing. I hold a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, am a ACE certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and AFPA certified Holistic Nutritionist. I have been an athlete my whole life and have over a decade of lifting and training experience. I have a deep passion for helping people become their absolute best selves, inspiring people to reclaim their power and confidence, whilst amplifying the light in them.
