I work to apply accounting subject matter to activities witnessed day to day with students so application of the accounting theory takes place. I also make sure the the fundamentals of each accounting subject matter is discussed is understood before adding additional components to it (it is one thing to read and walk through an accounting based problem, it is another to understand how that problem affects the fiscal structure of a given entity).
