About Kyleigh
Hi! I’m Kyleigh, and I’m passionate about helping students feel more confident in subjects that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
I have bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting and professional experience in accounting and finance, including roles involving financial reporting, general ledger accounting, project accounting, month-end close, and controller-level responsibilities. I love numbers, but I also love writing and communication—I scored a 36 on both the English and Reading sections of the ACT and have always enjoyed writing and helping others improve their work.
I know that everyone learns differently, so I try to make my lessons comfortable, encouraging, and tailored to the individual student. My goal isn’t just to help you get through one assignment or pass one exam—I want you to actually understand why you’re getting the answer.
Whether you’re struggling with accounting, preparing for a finance exam, working on an essay, or just need someone patient to explain something in a different way, I’d love to help!
Outside of tutoring and accounting, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and finding new things to learn. I’m excited to meet you and help make school a little less stressful!

I offer personalized tutoring for high school and college students in accounting, finance, business, English, and writing. Whether you’re struggling with a difficult concept, working through an assignment, preparing for an exam, writing a paper, or just need someone to explain things in a different way, I’ll meet you where you are.
I have a degree in Finance and professional experience in accounting, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, project accounting, and controller-level responsibilities. I enjoy connecting what you learn in class to how things actually work in the real world.
Writing and English are also a particular strength of mine. I scored a 36 on both the English and Reading sections of the ACT, and I have always excelled at writing, grammar, organization, and communicating ideas clearly. I can help you strengthen essays and papers while still keeping your own voice and ideas at the center.
