About Callie
I am a professional violin tutor with 16 years of teaching experience, helping school students, college students, and working professionals achieve their musical goals. Over the years, I have worked with learners of different ages and backgrounds, and I enjoy making music education enjoyable and rewarding for everyone.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and individualized learning. I believe every student has unique strengths, and I adapt my lessons to match their learning style and personal objectives. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident to learn and grow.
Throughout my teaching career, I have successfully guided many students in improving their technique, musical understanding, and performance confidence. One of my greatest achievements is seeing students develop from beginners into passionate violin players who truly enjoy music.
I aim to inspire students to build strong foundations while developing a lifelong appreciation for music. My lessons are supportive, engaging, and designed to help students reach their full potential.

For violin lessons, I focus on technical development, rhythm, tone quality, and musical interpretation. I explain concepts clearly and use demonstrations to help students understand difficult topics more easily.
I encourage students to maintain regular practice habits and provide personalized feedback to support their progress. Positive encouragement is an important part of my teaching style because it helps students build confidence.
Besides violin, I also teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, and basic performance techniques. These additional subjects strengthen overall musical knowledge.
My goal is to help students achieve their musical goals while enjoying the journey of learning.
