About Margaret

After seventeen years teaching Spanish, my method is highly systematic, built around detailed diagnostic testing at the very start of every tutoring relationship to pinpoint exact gaps rather than guessing at weaknesses. For exam preparation I rely heavily on timed practice combined with detailed error analysis, categorising mistakes as conceptual, careless, or time pressure related, since each demands a different fix. I maintain a long term tracking spreadsheet for every student, logging performance across topics over months to catch slow developing weaknesses early.
