About Micah
I'm a former professional screenwriter, creative writing coach, and I perform stand-up comedy. I believe learning should be a fun experience where students can explore their abilities and develop a learning style that breeds success. Tutoring sessions should not be tedious, boring, or stressful. Everyone has the ability to learn no matter what your background entails, self motivation is all that I require.

I collaborate with students to come up with a plan, and we set their educational goals together. A typical lesson plan may consist of warm ups, problem solving, and then delving into the subject matter. What sets me apart as a tutor is the fact that I work for the students weakness. I find out what they are struggling with and we work from there, and I allow the student to make mistakes because I believe mistakes are good. You improve your skills by learning from mistakes. My lessons are for kids ages 6-10, or those students with disabilities.
