About Kevin
I am a retired draftsman and have performed in bands and duos (pubs & concerts) for more than thirty years. I have taught acoustic guitar, ukulele, mandolin and electric bass to adult and child students in Wellington, Featherstone and Dunedin.

My lessons are structured to give the student a solid grounding in playing the guitar/bass/ukulele/mandolin with emphasis on technique, styles of playing and care and maintenance of the instrument. Some information on the history of the instrument is also included. The lessons start with warm-ups then revision of the previous lesson followed by work on new material and finishing with a discussion on relevant topics.
