About Astero
I am a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 18 years of teaching experience in Higher Education. I have also taught many students on a one-to-one basis and helped them pass their re-sit exams from various universities in the U.K. My areas of expertise include Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Taxation and Audit. I have also worked in a Big 4 firm as well as the industry and can bring this experience into class. I have also served as programme coordinator and quality assurance coordinator and believe that quality of teaching and student satisfaction are of utmost importance.

Each student is different and therefore each class is tailor-made to the student's needs. I first identify the student's needs and use the techniques and methodology appropriate for that student in order to get the optimum results. I follow a student-centred teaching approach with personalised learning. My motto in teaching accounting is "Practice makes perfect" and a student will always succeed if they practise with my guided support. I provide to the students all the learning material necessary to pass their exams.
