About Alberta

With over 25 years of experience in leadership, social impact, and education, I bring a distinctive blend of corporate, academic, and coaching expertise. My career has included work with global organisations in banking, technology, and social impact, including LinkedIn. I have also lectured in Politics and Human Rights at London Metropolitan University and served as an assistant visiting lecturer in Theology at St Mellitus College. As an ACC-Certified Leadership Coach and Consultant, I help people connect their story, strengths, and vision to meaningful action. My work includes coaching, mentoring, training, and co-creating ventures ranging from business ideas to purpose-led projects. What inspires me most is calling out greatness in others—helping them rewrite their story and bring to life ideas that change the world around them.
