About Patricia
I am an architect with a Master’s degree in Architectural History and experience across different international academic contexts, which has given me a clear understanding of how expectations vary between institutions. I have also taught at university level in Latin America, supporting students within formal academic programmes focused on Western architecture.
My academic background allows me to help students connect historical and theoretical concepts to design work, articulate ideas clearly, and respond confidently to theory-led coursework and studio expectations.

I help students understand academic expectations, read architectural and theoretical texts critically, and structure clear arguments for essays, research work, and design-related coursework. Lessons focus on guided discussion, close reading, and practical examples drawn from the student’s own coursework, briefs, and feedback.
My approach is calm, structured, and adapted to each student’s course and level. Rather than providing ready-made answers, I help students develop analytical and research tools they can apply independently in future assignments and studio work.
