About Anna
Hi, I’m Anna.
I believe that every student deserves the opportunity to access educational success.
I hold a PhD from the University of Oxford, where I have been teaching since 2021. As a professional educator, University of Oxford tutor, and Associate Fellow of AdvanceHE, I have worked with hundreds of students across a wide range of academic and professional settings in both the United Kingdom and United States.
My students have been at many different stages of their academic journeys, from university applicants and undergraduate students to Master’s students, doctoral candidates, professionals, and lifelong learners. My journey from homeschooling to earning a PhD from the University of Oxford has reinforced my belief that educational success comes in many forms and through many different pathways.
I believe educational success is built through confidence, resilience, effective guidance, adaptive learning skills, and an environment in which students feel empowered to grow. Every learner brings different strengths, experiences, ambitions, and ways of thinking. My role is to help my students develop those strengths, build confidence in their abilities, and gain the skills they need to learn, grow, and shine.

My tutoring sessions cover university applications, academic writing, dissertation support, PhD proposal development, university readiness, and public speaking. Sessions are tailored to each student's individual goals and stage of education.
I hold a PhD from the University of Oxford, where I have been teaching since 2021.
